In-App Help
RAKX includes a built-in Support tab in the bottom navigation. Tap the Support tab to chat with our AI assistant for quick answers about trading, payments, and how the app works, or to email us directly.
Frequently Asked Questions
- How do I list my racket? Go to the Profile tab and tap "Add Your Racket". You'll be guided to take photos from 5 angles, then fill in the details.
- How does trading work? Swipe right on rackets you like. When both users swipe right, it's a match. You can then chat and arrange a trade.
- How are payments handled? Payments are held securely in escrow via Stripe. Funds are only released when both parties confirm the trade is complete.
- What fees does RAKX charge? Buyers pay no fees. Sellers pay a 7.5% platform fee on completed trades only.
- Can I trade in person? Yes. Choose "Meet in Person" when arranging a trade. Both parties verify the exchange by scanning each other's QR codes in the app.
- Can I ship my racket? Yes. Choose "Ship by Post" and both users exchange shipping addresses securely through the app.
- How do I report a user? Tap on a user's profile to view their details, then use the Report or Block options to flag inappropriate content or behaviour.
- How do I delete my account? Go to Profile, scroll down, and tap "Delete Account". Your data will be permanently removed.
